If you’re thinking about skydiving with some of the sweetest people I’d recommend skydiving Ontario. It’s a little away... from city but so worth it. I had no idea about the trip today since my parents were surprising me as my birthday is coming up, but I had been wanting to do this is for two years now and I can’t believe I FLEW. I can’t thank Josh(diver) enough for being so sweet and kind and being the absolute best. I’d definitely go there again and do it again if I ever get the chance to. What can I say, went with my daughter, her boyfriend, my son and two nephews. My wife tagged along. The amount of... professionalism shown by all staff is second to none.They answered all our questions, many ones more than once and all instructors are phenomenal. The experience I do not have words to describe it. This is the best experience I think we all have had and at 53 I have done a lot of things. Thanks to everyone that works here.If you are on the fence about doing this as I was all I can say is if you do not you will regret it. Now I know what it feels like to be alive. I came here in a huge group for my first skydiving experience and it was also the day that they had their highest... number of tandem jumps. Despite the large crowds, the customer service remained spectacular. The staff was very friendly, chill, and knowledgeable. While each instructor seemed so wonderful, I was fortunate to be paired with the lovely Adam. He was super friendly, funny, polite, and did a great job calming my nerves. He truly made my experience quite memorable. The operation ran so smoothly and I couldn't have felt safer or more comfortable. We were group of 14 people went today for our very first sky diving experience. Had to say the whole process from... registration to jump was hassle free and very smooth. All the staff members were very welcoming, specially my instructor ADAM WINNICK.The sky diving experience was phenomenal and very safe at all point. This was one of the best experiences of my life! The crew were fun and engaging and took care of everything perfectly.... Safety was top priority which made the whole trip even more exciting. My son and I jumped tandem with our instructors and I ordered the video experience for him too! Probably one of the best examples of exemplary customer service. From the second you reach, the staff are out there... trying to make you feel comfortable and get you in the mood for the jump. You know it's gonna be good when you get to know the names of the people you're entrusting your life to for your first jump. Thanks Josh for making sure that I felt included amongst you daredevils while strapping me in and thanks to Cody for making sure I make it to the ground safely while being strapped on to you! Something I’ve always wanted to do and Skydive Ontario made it the best experience possible! Everyone was super... friendly and all high energy.Adam, my instructor was great! Communicated everything with me clearly and easily enough to make me feel comfortable.The feeling of jumping out an airplane was phenomenal and so peaceful at the same time. Had the absolute best experience for my first time skydiving at skydive ontario! Jeff was so friendly and helpful when... booking and even after when I had some difficulties downloading my photos! My experience with Skydive Ontario was incredible. We drove 2.5 hours as a group to jump with this highly reputable... company. The weather looked questionable. But my friend and I managed to get our jump in, just in time before the rain hit. There were scheduled to be 100 jumpers for that day, but we were the only 2 to go. I am so grateful for the welcoming staff, and our INCREDIBLE instructors Adam & James. I know it felt like we were just hanging out with a bunch of our buddies while we waited for the plane to be ready. Skydiving is unlike anything else out there. I felt extremely at ease & comfortable with our crew. We had the best time. And I will be recommending this sweet little spot, to everyone!! Thanks guys! This was epic. We will be back!read more

I can't begin to explain the experience I've had with skydive Ontario!! Having planned and waited for months for... skydiving to open, I finally made the jump with my girlfriend who is now my fiance - after landing I proposed!!! It was a long awaited moment, speaking to Jeff many times. His patience, planning, and direction made the experience so smooth. Such an incredible experience and I am so glad I chose skydive Ontario to do my first jump with! The weather was rough... for jumping the two weeks but Jeff (the owner) did everything he could to stay in personal contact (knowing we were from Windsor) and made sure we were able to cross it off our bucket list this year! He rearranged schedules and fit us in and we are forever grateful for that. My instructor Jamie was also amazing!! He got some great photos and video and I felt super safe with him. Third time in my life doing a Tandem (I know, I should just get my solo...) and this was hands down the best by a mile!... They have amazing staff, a great facility, and competent and kind tandem instructors! Brought my Mom because she's wanted to go forever - she felt like a rock star and was well looked after by Jamie - she can't stop talking about the experience and how much confidence Jamie instilled in her with the pre-jump briefing and all the gear checks! Went today. Glorious cloudless day and barely any wind. Jeff was so welcoming and witty, even I laughed at his jokes in... the end and I was so nervous! Once we met our tandem instructors all my fears evaporated. Rob was so friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable. I had not a single doubt I was in safe hands. Knowing I preferred a calm descent, he did just that. All the instructors/tandem jumpers are experts. My son went with Jamie, who was 'totally cool'. My daughters loved Evert and James - who did all sorts of spinny things with the chute (because she asked), to my daughter's delight. For first time jumpers, I can't recommend them enough :)read more

My sons age 9 and 12 have been wanting to skydive for years, excited by the thought of falling through clouds and... seeing what the earth looks like from that high. July 20th , 2020 they got their wish. We arrived on location greeted by the extremely friendly staff who in the age of Covid took every precaution to make sure everyone was protected. Allowing my sons to jump wasn’t an easy decision to make but after chatting with the highly knowledgeable staff my nerves subsided. My younger son had a lot of questions which were answered in a way a 9 year old could understand. They made both my boys And I feel comfortable about the whole experience. They haven’t stopped talking about it and both want to go again. Given the size of the aircraft I had to jump twice so I could experience the pure joy both my boys had flying around the area, seeing the lake and where the grand river ends. The owner Jeff accommodated my second jump and actually give me a discount, Jeff thank you for that. All three instructors today were extremely professional at all times. I would highly recommend Skydive Ontario for anyone who has ever considered exiting a perfectly good aircraft, you won’t regret it. Side note my sons pictures are absolutely hilarious and totally worth the cost. See you soon!!read more

My group of 4 jumped for the first time last Saturday. In fact, we were the first tandem group to jump after Haldimand... went to a stage 2 level from Covid 19. Jeff and the whole team were ready for us. Lots of sanitizer, masks for us ( if we wanted) and his instructors wore masks for the entire training and jump. Very professional and assuring. When we first arrived, Jeff met with us and immediately we felt very welcome and special during the whole administrative process. Luna ( the mascot kitty) even came to greet us and we fed her some treats! Our group ranged in age from 60 to 24. We were assigned James and Cody, Jamie and Evert. I was personally matched up with Evert and he was fantastic!! He harnessed me up explaining everything that he was doing. I swear I asked him countless times about the position I will be in on the jump and each time he reviewed it with me as if I just asked him once. I was so excited, I could hardly focus but as it turned out, his guidance and experience pretty much did all my work for me. I just was there to be spoiled. Literally. My husband was teamed up with Jamie and he was great!! I thought he was the comedic relief and made us laugh and he was extremely calm and detailed. No question went unanswered! James and Cody jumped with the kids and they were fantastic with them. They both were anxious but stoked to jump and these guys handled everything with care and their landings were absolutely textbook!! So awesome to watch! This experience was so mind blowing and a surreal thrill for all of us!! There is absolutely NOTHING to compare it to...NOTHING. It was a natural high beyond belief and especially for this crazy year of 2020, this jump proved to be the best physical and mental stress release!! 100%!!!Thank you to everyone at Skydive Ontario for our day! We are still buzzing from it and are already planning our return! We can’t wait!read more

Can't say enough about the staff at Skydive Ontario in Cayuga. These guys were very professional, fun, personable and... made our experience an unforgettable one! The whole facility was clean and actively being sanitized while we were there, from the reception desk to the hanger and all the gear, washrooms and even the plane as well as employees wearing masks etc. I highly recommend this Skydive Ontario Cayuga location to anyone looking to jump out of a plane!! This past Sunday I did my first tandem skydive and IT WAS AMAZING! I found this place while researching skydiving... centers in Ontario and even though we had 4 hours of driving to and back from their location it was well worth it. Their website is very easy to navigate and it provides all the information and instructions you would need regarding your first jump and booking process. The facility looks great with perfectly good airplanes and short wait times. Everyone of the staff members is super friendly, fun, and professional. My instructor was Adam and I have to say I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. The entire experience felt like an adventure. My friend and I went yesterday for the very first time. An absolutely fantastic experience which was made even better... by the staff. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. The 2 divers we jumped tandem with were fantastic. Completely catering to us and making us feel safe whilst having fun and giving us a laugh from start to finish. What an experience! The staff is great, friendly and accommodating. I had Adam and my friend had Jamie when jumping.... They were funny, professional and made the experience incredible! The owner Jeff was great to deal with, especially with the weather not being on our side in the morning. He was able to accommodate us in later on in the day with no problem. Didn’t get the names of the rest of the staff but all were great to deal with. Price was great and affordable! Photos and video is a must and is so worth it , especially if it’s your first time! The real question is, why would you want to go anywhere else?? Their team of amazing, high energy and welcoming staff,... let alone the experience you'll never forget, is what makes Skydive Ontario the place to go. Not to mention how accommodating they are. Myself having a femur and full knee replacement, I was timid to get in and out of the plane, as my bending is somewhat restricted in my one leg, and they went above and beyond to make sure that I could, not only get out of the plane comfortably, but that I wasn't in any pain during my time there. Yesterday I fulfilled a life long dream to skydive and I did it at Skydive Ontario! My original plan was to jump with... my Dad who is 81 yrs old and terminally ill. Dad was not quite ready this jump but the team was more than willing to accommodate him if he should want to jump. Jeff the owner talked to me about the possibility and assured me that this is a situation that they are not only comfortable with but excited to be involved in helping to fulfill my Dads Bucket List item. Rob was my dive instructor and he was educated and informative, confident and funny. Rob helped ease my anxiety and made this experience one that I will never forget. Rob also took the time to chat with my Dad, (who prior to take off warned Rob to be sure to bring his daughter bad safely) on the ground after the jump. Skydive Ontario Team is amazing! They know what they are doing and do it well. They ALL seem to love their jobs and that positive energy pours out of the entire operation. From the competent young woman who greets you in the reception area, to the owner Jeff who keeps the whole operation running smoothly, the instructors in the hanger who fit you for your harness and teach you to “be a banana” and the instructors on your flight to the shoot packers in the hanger, everyone was happy, confident, informative and amazing to deal with. What a great team, a real class act and a safe place to jump! I can’t wait to go again!!!read more

I recently went skydiving for the first time and I'm counting down the days until I can jump again! What an amazing... experience, especially with the awesome staff at the Cayuga location! Such a chill and relaxing vibe!! I highly recommend this bad a** experience. Even if you don't want to take the crazy/amazing leap out of a plane, you can drive down highway 3 on weekends, and see the jumpers soaring down from the sky. Trust me, it'll make you want to jump! I thankfully only live 3-5 minutes down the road and we LOVE hearing the plane(s) go up and seeing the jumpers take the incredible leap!! Couldn't be more proud to have this awesome skydiving company in my small hometown, and just down the street from me! Thanks to Jeff and his ENTIRE TEAM!! Keep it up!!read more

My friend and I went for our first skydive on Sunday and our experience was amazing!! If you’re looking for a place to... go skydiving, stop searching cause Skydive Ontario is the one! Everyone there was super friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process! I went skydiving here yesterday with a group of friends and it was hands down the BEST experience I have ever had in my... life and it would not have been possible without all of the amazing and friendly staff at Skydive Ontario, specifically Rob who I flew with! He was incredibly warm, funny, friendly and professional. He explained every thing that I needed to know before hand and at each step of the way, making me feel so prepared and confident. Even up in the plane, he would point out cool things outside like seeing the Toronto & Mississauga skylines, Lake Erie, etc. Hands down he made my experience so much more fun and epic, I had such a great time. Grateful to Rob, and the entire Skydive Ontario team for taking such good care of my friends and I and for making all of our experiences so EPIC and MEMORABLE! Everyone needs to go here. I did the tandem dive yesterday with Rob. It was my first time. The experience was everything I had hoped it would be,... and more. Everything, starting with the intake was great, engaging, professional. Rob explained everything clearly before the jump and I felt comfortable. Just before we were about to jump out of the plane was when the adrenaline started to kick in. When we jumped, what a rush.....!! You are literally flying. The view was awesome and the feeling is incredible. The bonus was I didn’t expect the second part of the jump, after the canopy opened, to be so cool as well. It was like being a human kite. This was my first time skydiving, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! We initially had to reschedule a... couple of times, due to weather, and Jeff was super responsive and accommodating throughout that process...especially when I called him on the whim one afternoon, and ended up booking a last minute jump for that evening. When we got there, we were immediately greeted by Jeff and the rest of the team. My instructor, Cody, was absolutely amazing, and went above and beyond in putting those last minute jitters to rest, and pumping us up for the most amazing experience ever! HIGHLY recommend the media package - we got some amazing pics and a kickass (edited) video. I can't believe I waited so long to finally do this - but I do plan on making up for lost time and moving forward with getting a solo license - which Skydive Ontario also facilitates. #addicted THANKS GUYS!read more

I went with my daughter and it was an amazing experience but, if you are paying that price you should at least get an... answer. I called ahead of time to make sure it was in fact still happening so no answer they never called back. Which was fine since we got there and they greeted us with open arms, the guys who jumped with us were professional and great as well. The jump was awesome . The video beginning seems to be a bit more for marketing purpose and a bit expensive for what we got, wish we were aloud our own device so we could edit ourselves but the experience; truly amazing.read more

If you want the quick and efficient experience of your first skydive, this is your place. You do your paper work, get... geared up and instructions in under 15 minutes then you are off. My 16 year old son loved it but for me it felt a bit too rushed. The instructor was no sooner on the ground then was off for the next jump. Super friendly guides but they have forgotten that it's not just about the jump it's the whole journey.read more

My husband and his son did their first jumps this past weekend. They had an amazing time! This place was absolutely amazing ! We where here over the weekend, it was my first time and my hubby’s second time.... Every single staff member was friendly and the guy I jumped with I don’t even have words for, he was energetic, friendly, Funny and just an absolute joy. I was really nervous and he was calming and upbeat about it, my older kids were with us and they were watching my younger daughter while we got ready to go up, they were so amazing with my kids and they even made sure my daughter didn’t have a problem with the baby. The other guy my hubby was jumping with was also amazing which made it that much more amazing to jump. I would recommend this place 10000 times to anyone that has ever wanted to do this. You have a fear ? Trust me this place will help you over come this, I’m so glad we did this for my birthday. 10 stars guys if I really could, I think I’ll be back sooner rather than later.
